Since January 2008, we have been the sole importer of the brands for Australia and New Zealand and we have provided the after sales service for consumers from our Queensland Service Centre. During the period to date we have also made the products available in Australia through Kramar Pet Products. Effective immediately that arrangement will cease.

Former customers of Kramar may now source all of their Petsafe and other brands directly from Innotek Australia or they may also purchase from two other distributors which are stocking our products.

Prestige Pet Products, based in Caboolture, Queensland have extensive sales coverage of Australia’s Eastern States and we welcome their customers to consider adding the RSC brands to their shops. Innotek and Prestige team members will be working together to provide product knowledge and sales support. Our Service Centre will continue to provide the all important after sales service. For retailers based in Western Australia, our products continue to be available through AllPet Products. As is the case with Prestige, our employees will be working together with AllPet staff to provide maximum support to the pet retailer.
