You have an excellent product and many people walk past our property wondering how come our big rottweiller just sits nicely on the lawn watching them as they walk past. If I happen to see these at a later stage they always comment on our dog. The IUT 300 has been a godsend. We had a very unpredictable and unresponsive border collie who would jump fences, chase and bail up anyone or anything. It was impossible to catch him or call him off. It was very difficult to give him the exercise he needed off lead. With the collar and a little patience, his behaviour has done a u-turn, and now my wife is happy to let him off lead on walks. We have 2 dogs - Bob the Black and Tan Kelpie who never needed fences and Tim the Coolie, who came to us just over 18 months ago. Tim was in line for a bullet and we were told he was"a Psycho dog and untrainable". He had lived all his life (5 1/2 years) in a 10 foot by 10 foot cage under a shearing shed - when he was let out all he would do was chase sheep - not good for your life expectancy on the farm..!!

We installed the IUC-5100 Contain and Train System and there have only been 2 run through attempts that I am aware of. Bob was playing and running around like a mad thing....he attempted to run out the open gate up one driveway and back in the other - something he used to do quite a bit. The collar stopped him dead..!! and he has never looked like trying it again. The 2nd attempt was by Tim - he jumped out the lounge room window to get the Postie.....he crossed the yard like a Greyhound and I lost sight of him, but we heard 2 loud yelps soon after which he was at the front door with his tail between his legs. He is still interested in the Postie but now looks from the safety of the gate....!

The training function has been great too. Although both dogs are well behaved they have a tendency to develop "domestic deafness" when in the company of other dogs or when well and truly out of range such as on the beach. With the remote control in one hand they can be given a reminder that the "Boss" has spoken..!! After the first few times we have never needed to use more than the "Tone" button.

One unexpected bonus has been that the dogs cant tell the difference between the Contain & Train collar and the Anti Bark collar we bought some time back. The result is quiet well behaved dogs that no longer get out of the yard.

"We have 2 staffy's. One a male 4 years old and a female 12 months old. The male constantly escaped which meant numerous visits and fines from the dog catcher and the fear that the dog may get run over or attacked by dingoes. We built our fence approx 6 foot high and lined it with black plastic so the dog could not see out however he continued to escape buy climbing the fence.

After only 3 days, yes 3, of wearing the [Innotek] collar our dog no longer tries to escape and is content to stay in the yard. We have removed the collar but will use it again if he "forgets" and may need to train our female once she is old enough to jump the fence.

So while the initial outlay for this product seems expensive it has saved us hundreds in fines and potential vet bills.
